1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlipLink.me, the application at go.fliplink.me, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Antifragile Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2Description of Service

FlipLink is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that converts PDF documents into interactive flipbooks with 3D page-flip animations and scrollable document viewers for online sharing, embedding, and distribution. Features include custom domains (CNAME), lead capture, document sales, analytics, branding controls, voice assistants, and more as described on our features page.

3User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account at go.fliplink.me. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4Content Ownership & DMCA

You retain all intellectual property rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transform (into flipbook/document format), cache, and distribute your content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We respect the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to info@fliplink.me including: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material's URL, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief. We will remove or disable access to infringing material promptly and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

5Lifetime Deal Payment Terms

FlipLink offers Lifetime Deal (LTD) license codes at the published price per code (currently $129 USD per code). Each code entitles you to 100 active publications (flipbooks or documents). Codes are stackable — purchase additional codes to increase your active publication limit. Publications can be removed and replaced at any time; the limit applies to concurrently active publications only. There is no limit on the number of custom domains (CNAMEs) you may configure.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD globally, except for users in India where pricing is displayed in INR. All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively per our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future purchases; existing LTD holders retain their purchased entitlements.

6Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to: (a) upload, distribute, or host illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content; (b) distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (d) use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service beyond provided APIs; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (f) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; or (g) violate any applicable law or regulation including the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions without prior notice.

7API & Embedding Usage

If we provide APIs or embed codes, you must use them in accordance with our documentation and any published rate limits. We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access for abuse, excessive usage, or violations of these terms. Embed codes may be used on your own websites and authorized third-party platforms.

8Custom Domains

The Service allows you to map custom domains (via CNAME) to your publications. You are solely responsible for domain ownership, DNS configuration, and any associated costs. We are not liable for DNS misconfigurations, domain expiration, or third-party domain disputes. Custom domain features that involve selling documents require a properly configured CNAME.

9Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable international law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Antifragile Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your content; (c) your violation of these terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or illegal activity, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your content within 30 days of termination. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Dubai, UAE, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For users outside the UAE, any disputes may also be subject to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

13Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you must stop using the Service.

14Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
