Antifragile Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, stands behind the quality of FlipLink. We offer a generous free trial so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing. If you're not satisfied with your lifetime deal purchase, we'll make it right.
1Lifetime Deal Purchases
FlipLink lifetime deal (LTD) code purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the Service does not meet your expectations. After 30 days, all sales are final. This applies to each individual code purchased — the 30-day window starts from the date of each transaction.
2How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@fliplink.me with:
- Your account email address
- The transaction or order reference
- A brief reason for the refund
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
3Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: abuse of the Service, uploading prohibited content, or fraudulent activity.
4Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
